| Stayed here en route to driving cross-country. I was skeptical at the low rates, but I shouldn't have been. The breakfast was exactly what we wanted: bagels, toast, cereal, fresh waffles, etc. They even kept it open a little later for us so we wouldn't have to rush. I definitely recommend this hotel.

| Literally all of the non-smoking rooms (and we checked out all that were available at check-in before settling on the least offensive) smelled of smoke, mustiness, and/or very heavy air freshener; the bathroom sink was broken; the tub faucett was very difficult to use; and the cable was out during virtually our whole stay. (To be fair, there was a storm earlier, which included a tornado warning.) But the worst part was that there were these black beatles (yes, bugs!) that both my wife and I killed -- both in our bathroom, and I literally watched one crawl out from under the cabinet in the dining area, while we were eating breakfast, and I stepped on it myself. While we were initially pleased with the service of the front desk representative (Sun afternoon/night), who was extremely accomodating, pleasant, and helpful; I found the front desk responsiveness on Monday morning to be uniformly atrocious, including the manager on duty. To top it all off, while I was required to sign a statement upon check-in that I assumed all responsibility for all charges/damages incurred during our stay, the manager on duty during check-out literally refused to give me anything at all to validate that I had fulfilled my responsibilities to pay all charges and leave our room intact, which would take the simple click of a mouse to print off . . . because she was "not authorized" to give me such . . . unbelievable!

| This hotel was a Great Find. The service was friendly from the time we checked in, until the time we left. Located off of the strip, it provided a nice quiet place to relax after a busy day playing in Branson. The rooms were nothing luxorious, but for the price we were very satisfied. We will definitely visit again. The kids loved the pool! ! !

| Stayed 3 nights on business, got what I am sure was their cheapest rate and cheapest room, but hey, you get what you pay for. Bed was comfy, shower was fine, but...the a/c fan was noisy, the neighbors were very noisy (cell phone going off all night, heard it clear as a bell!) and the housekeeping service started at 8:30 am with a knock on the door. Be sure to put out the Do Not Disturb sign if you stay here. I'd stay again but will request a 2nd fl room. Two of the three nights the first fl was occupied by traveling HS or College sports teams who were pretty loud in the hallway pretty late. Small pool and hot tub, but they did the trick.

| This hotel's hosuekeeping staff was knocking on our door at 8:00 a.m. I must say this is a very early time to be waking your guest to clean the rooms. However, they sdid respect the do not disturb sign that I placed on the door the second night. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again if I'm in the area. It was a great value for the money.

| I stayed here for 5 days in October. I had no problems with the hotel and would definitely stay there again. It was easy to find, right off I-70. My room was pretty big, and it was clean and well-maintained. My only complaint was the toilet, which didn't flush at first, because the tank wasn't filled with water. I fiddled around with it, and didn't have any trouble after that. Although the hotel is close to the highway, my room was very quiet. I wasn't on the side closer to the highway, however, so I can't vouch for those rooms. I didn't hear any noise from the rooms on either side of me. The hotel offers a breakfast from 6-9am each morning. I never woke up in time to eat it, but it looked like they had a large variety of breakfast foods, both hot and cold. The indoor pool and the hot tub were fun, although the hot tub wasn't very hot.

| Even though this hotel is a bit older and needs some upkeep work done to it, it is still a great bargain. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are VERY comfortable. The location is extremely convenient. The neighborhood is a bit noisy due to the fact that it is close to the highway and to a busy main road. It would probably be a bit quieter if you request a room on the EAST side of the building. Overall, the price was excellent for the stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
