| If you are looking for great location, great service, and a great room, this is the place. Located 1 block from the wharf and 1 block from the end of the Hyde street cable car stop, this is a great starting point for any SF trip.

| Stayed 4 nights. Good service and business friendly with free high-speed internet access (wired), work table, etc. Location is great - within one block of wharf; many restaurants and shops nearby. No in-house restaurant but do have a breakfast cafe.

| Can't beat the location - Fisherman's Wharf, the Cannery and Ghiradelli Square all near by. Just a couple block walk to the Buena Vista (where 'Irish Coffee' was invented - a must do!).

| My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Fisherman's Wharf, in part, due to the location of this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, there was a "hotel geusts only back door" leading right onto the wharf area and the hotel sits right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. You can pretty much walk everywhere you want to go around the wharf area and the buses, cable cars and street cars that can take you everywhere else are all within a short walk also. One posible negative: there is a bit of noise in the evening and into the night due to the location, so if you're a lite sleeper this may not be the place for you.

| We were in San Francisco in July and stayed at this hotel for a week. It was very clean and the beds were wonderful. The room was large and the service was great. They were very helpful with maps and directions and suggestions on what to do and where to eat. It was convenient to all transportation and restaurants. I will stay there again on my next trip.

| Location was great and the hotel was clean. The only thing was, the bathroom was a good size but then the toilet was up against the wall. I can't figure that out. Also the tub was very slow to drain and when I reported that, I was just told OK and the two hotel employees just kind of snickered.

| I know this review is going to sound rather picky, but I've stayed in alot of Courtyards and have generally been universally impressed. This Courtyard has large rooms (for San Francisco anyway, not for Courtyards) with 5 pillows/bed and 3 sheets - VERY nice. The QUEEN beds were great. Great location - 3 blocks from Pier 39 and only about 12 from Chinatown/little Italy. But, as a nit, the bathroom was well below Courtyard standards. The towels were threadbare and small and we only got 1 tiny shampoo bottle for 4 of us (and no lotion, conditioner, or showercaps). Sure, we could've hunted down the staff and gotten more, but we've never had to do that before in a Courtyard. But, overall, it's a nice motel in a great area. The staff is quite nice and helpful. The lobby, while modest is fine (as if anyone really cares about the lobby anyway).
