| The front desk service was five stars as we had business faxes, packages, and had to even check out due to a medical emergency. They were on top of everything and highly professional and accomodating. The general appearance of the hotel was fine as well. One downside, there was not a bellman or valet that we saw. They did have carts just inside the front door but we had to do it all ourselves. Most importantly, the rooms had great air-conditioning. I like my hotel room really cool and the temperature outside in Tulsa was a horrible 101 with heat index of like 115. If you have ever stayed in a too warm room, especially with the extreme high humidity of Oklahoma this is an important attribute. Again, Superior service from the staff.

| Trying not to overburden my brother-in-law's plumbing capacity and sleeping facilities, we looked for a near-in hotel to just have a place for our clothes and a quiet place to sleep and shower. The Marriott - Tulsa, Southern Hills was an extremely good value for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, even though the UTEP college football team and it's supporters were booked into the facility as well that weekend. I've paid much, much more at places that weren't even close to being as accomodating and pleasant. The Bellman was the most courteous and "customer oriented" that we've (or I've) ever had the pleasure of meeting.
