| The people at this hotel were so friendly. They deserve a big pat on the back for making me feel so welcomed. The pool was great. Although, I requested a non-smoking room it smelled horribly of smoke. In fact I went to buy a candle to burn in our room for everytime when we were in there.

| Definitely would stay there again. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was nicely done, had a refrigerator and microwave, and was clean. Very nice continental breakfast every morning. We had stayed at another place in Sarasota prior to checking in at the Comfort Inn, and wish we had stayed at the Comfort Inn the whole time we were there.

| Clean and reasonably well maintained hotel. The hallway of the third floor had a very musty smell but the room was fresh and clean. Breakfast area was spacious and clean. This hotel is located behind a service station which is under renovation so it is very easy to miss the entrance from the road; sign on the street was very small.
