| The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I would definitely visit this hotel again when in the area.

| Quiet, despite it's location. Clean, but smoky smelling hallways. Free, very simple breakfast with not many choices. Nothing special - okay value.

| front desk staff helpful with finding restaurant. Not easy to find hotel, no signs except at driveway entrance. Room very clean and front desk did call up to room after check in to see if we needed anything.

| This hotel was recently taken over by La Qunita. The minute you walk in you realize why someone wanted to sell the place. There is a musty, damp oder throughout the hotel. My room had a large water stain on the ceiling and the carpet was also stained. Save your money and go somewhere else.

| Brookfield hotels tend to be a little pricey; the Brookfield Baymont seems to be the best value. The rooms are average and the continental breakfast is good (waffles, coffee, juice, cereal, muffins, etc.).
