| This was a comfortable hotel. It is right downtown. It is within walking distance to numerous points: Jacobs Field, Browns Stadium, the Basketball Arena, and the place we wanted to go to most, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Downtown Cleveland is in transition. There were some abandoned buildings. Many restaurants were only open for lunch. But close by, there were restaurants near the basketball arena and the baseball field. It was not a very lively place during the week but was jumping on the weekend. The downtown area was very clean and I felt very safe. The House of Blues is almost right across the street with live bands, and a comedy club is nearby. The hotel had one night (Thursday) when they offered free drinks (wine and beer) and snacks in the mezzanine. It wasn't a fancy area but adequate. They also had a varied breakfast, not just cereal and pastries. This is a great location. We never needed a car.

| Not the flashiest but a great value when it comes to staying in downtown Cleveland. Very convenient to the House of Blues and very close to all the best restaurants.

| Hotel was good. The area the hotel was in was not the best and felt uncomfortable being outside the hotel. Many empty buildings with homeless begging around the area.

| Our room had 15' ceilings and the hotel is what used to be a bank. Great location for walking to Gund, Tower City and House of Blues.

| Hotel is hidden in a bank building. Old and smelly. Kind of dank. They missed my wake-up call and told me it was because it was raining. Front desk help an odd mix of very helpful and rude. Wouldn't stay there again on your dollar.
