| Good place close to above. Great staff, very helpful, good breakfast buffet. Triple room with 3 beds helpful for 3 persons on sightseeing trip.

| As the other reviews say, the hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the city center, but very close to the main train station and bus loop. We found we were taking a cab back after most nights out (for about 5-7 Euro). However, if you're looking for a real Salzburg "experience", this may not be your best bet. As a plus, everyone was very helpful and friendly.

| My wife and I stayed for three nights in this hotel.We were pleasently surprised to find that we were allocated a spacious junior suite. Overall the hotel was clean,the service was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was good (but not great!). We thought the hotel was well located ,close to the main railway station and main bus routes.Also close to shops and restaurants.It is a fairly long walk to the old town and principal sights (about 20 minutes walking briskly)but there are plently of buses if required.

| This is the ideal hotel for travelers without a car. It's approximately two blocks from the train station and the old town is within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and had all the comforts of good living. The breakfast buffet was delicious and invited lingering. The reception staff was well informed and helpful during our stay.
