This hotel will close on April 30, 2005 for remodeling. Re-opening date has not yet been determined. What to expect: From an air-conditioned skylighted lobby furnished with potted plants and rattan seating, to a courtyard with flowering hedges and rock-lined ponds and waterfalls, to a lagoon-style pool, and to the beach, the resort provides a vibrant, casual ambience for families and couples.
Amenity highlights: The resort’s beach includes a 150-by-50-yard rectangle of Palm Beach furnished with thatched-roof shades and lapped by the turquoise Caribbean Sea.
