| This hotel is in an industrial area of Richmond with trains comng and going every 20 minutes. The area is not some place you want to be in at night in another word I did not feel safe staying at this hotel. At least it is close to the 580 freeway. There are no eatery nearby fast food or sit down. To get anywhere you have to drive thru the worst part of town. Stay clear of this place if you can. you are warned.

| The sheets of our beds sometimes had blood stains on them. We had to take them off and sleep. Otherwise some of their employees need to learn more English.

| My first night, I walked on the floor with white socks and the socks were filthy when I took them off. The bathroom had ants and when I asked the cleaning crew, they said they didn't have anything to get rid of the ants. I asked for extra towels and was told I would have to go to the laundry room supervisor and request them. The cleaning service did not come in two of those days until after 4 p.m. I thought something was wrong with my computer line and found out that they had not turned my telephone line on. There was not a computer center available as well. I thought I was in a dollar motel instead of a Quality Inn.

| Hotel was clean. There was a 2 inch or more clearance under the door. After a certain time of day, there were no more towels. We weren't told there was a deposit for the phone use to be turned on. The phone was never turned on and we thought it was.
