| The carpet in the room was dirty. The lighting was minimal so it was hard to see. The chair was not high enough to comfortably work at the desk. It was hot and the air wasn't turned on prior to my arrival like most hotels. It took over three hours for the room to cool off.

| The rooms share a common air circulation system and so although I had a non-smoking room I could smell the smoke from another room.

| The Quality Inn in Louisville is close to Boulder and Denver, and offers good access to lots of attractions. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious enough. I was disappointed that the hot tub was broken and the pool slightly dirty. Hopefully that was just a temporary problem while I was there.

| problematic in that we found the door open ajar with security bar. Toilet running, but I was able to fix it myself. Pillows were flimsy, not enough pillows and no extra blankets. Left too early for breakfast.

| Room was nice & comfortable, quiet, and clean. Staff was great - our reservation came through as a smoking room in error, and she found us a nonsmoking. Location is great!

| The staff was friendly & helpful (the room was ready & they let us check in early). Comfortable, spacious room. Nothing "continental" about the breakfast...included fresh waffles, fruit, yogurt & hard boiled eggs. Pool & spa were clean. Less than 10 minutes from Boulder and much less expensive when visiting C.U. campus. We will be back!
