| Location is great, rooms are large & comfortable, & the hotel seemed very clean in the room & in the common areas. The only negative is the dated feel of the furnishings & floor coverings. New carpeting in the rooms, new paint, a few additional pictures on the walls & the replacement of some of the common area 1970's vintage furniture is all that is needed to bump up the prestige of the hotel. One other negative was the musty odor throughout the hotel--may be due to all the plants?

| Hotel needs renovation but the staff from desk to dining are wonderful. Hotel is clean but floors for instance feel like they need support. Staff makes up for it.

| Very nice area of town. Easy location to find. Lots of resturants and shopping nearby. Very minimal noise. Comfortable beds. Staff very nice and helpful.

| We loved the location of this hotel as the area is quite busy. It was a relief to not have to drive once we reached the hotel.

| The rooms were clean and comfortable, but nothing impressive. The location was good, convenient with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the service at this hotel was poor, but I believe they were understaffed during my stay. Room service was terribly slow and the food was cold and tasteless.
