| The staff made us feel right at home. We were greeted by name every evening upon return to the hotel. The room was clean, the food was good, and you couldn't have asked for a better bed. We may purchase a sleep number bed after having slept on that one. It is not downtown, but buses run close by and it was very quiet at night. With the public transit system, you have no trouble getting anywhere.

| Hotel was great. 20 minutes from downtown Toronto (south) and 20 minutes from Canada's Wonderland (north). Close to interstate but we couldn't hear a thing. Resturant was good. Room service great. Had sleep number beds in our room. Washer and dryer on our floor (came in handy!) Great indoor pool and hot tub. Not too close to the city and not to far away. Highly recommend. Would definetly stay again!

| We were on the second floor and the wait for the elevator seemed long--no stairs to use. Front desk staff were great at giving directions and deven printed off Mapquest maps for us.

| The hotel was nice and clean. Most of the staff were very friendly. Easy access to downtown area via the highway, but the best bet is to take the train. The breakfast buffet was good, but the items on the bar never changed. I enjoyed my stay, and if I ever return to Toronto, I would stay there. The only drawback to me was the pool area looked a little drab compared to the pictures on the web.

| We stayed at this hotel for one night only and it was a most disgusting stay. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the washroom and it was flooded with black water. A technician came to fix it at 4:30am, they offered us another room but it was daylight already. We complained and we were told that it was between us and Expedia to settle it. To pacify us, they gave us free breakfast and let us stay till 5pm. It still doesn't make up for the lost sleep and the disgust we felt at stepping on this dark water and seeing the sludge coming out of the sink. EXPEDIA, take this hotel out of your selection, it will ruin you reputation!

| This hotel was very easy to get on and off the highway since it was located so close to the exit. The pool was very warm which was nice and the complimentary breakfast had a very nice arrangement of food. The other nice thing was that we didn't have to pay to park at this hotel!

| The service was exemplary...I called ahead and asked about early check in..and they had a room waiting for me...almost 4 hrs early...It's nothing fancy here..and the pool area could use some work..but the rooms are clean and comfy...with awesome sleep number beds..I would stay here again.

| Quality hotel for reasonable price. Not much in local area if you do not have transportation. Select Comfort beds were great.
