| The hotel itself was quite old, but was in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable and service was very good. Price was very reasonable. I would go back there as it is in the center of the town where I need to be.

| What I liked about the hotel was the freebies like a nice continental breakfast, FREE wireless internet, and the FREE provision of items you may have forgotten to pack, like shaving cream and razor. All we had to do was ask.

| Great price for a clean room and friendly service. However, room was a little run down (the bathroom door sticks and had to be shoved open everytime). The surrounding area was a little run down.

| Lakewood is a relatively hip area and the hotel's close enough to downtown. The carpets in the hallway don't look great but the rooms are spotless and the AC works. Free parking and wireless internet too.

| This hotel was weird because it seems like it's sitting on a residential street. Other than that, excellent service at the hotel and a clean enough environment.

| I made a reservation to stay at this hotel because of its proximity to downtown Cleveland (specifically the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum). The morning/afternoon person at the front desk was rude when I asked if an early check-in was possible. I didn't particularly mind that it wasn't, but it was her attitude that put me off. Later that night, I wanted to take a shower, but when I turned the water on, the tub filled with black flakes and hair. The night manager gave me another room to check and that one had a clogged drain in the tub. A third room proved worse -- it had a cockroach in the sink and dirt in the tub. The night manager was VERY polite, but I don't plan to return to this hotel ever again. If it's impossible to take a shower due to poor maintenance, I don't need to stay there.
