The bed in my room sagged in on spot, so I seemed to fall back to that spot all night. It was not a comfortable nights rest. The faucet in the shower had a significant drip that I finally tuned out.

The breakfast was very good, with hot and cold items. A lot to choose from. Our room was very small. The bed was extremely hard (if you like that sort of bed, we didn't) and the air conditioner was very noisy but worked to cool just fine in the hot, midwest summer. Located right off of a main highway so it was easy to find.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with all questions and requests. The pool was clean. The room smelled fresh, not musty or stale. "Hot" breakfast means biscuits, gravy, and waffles... no meats. Standard pastries, cereals, juices and coffee rounded out breakfast. Couldn't really ask or expect more for the price.

Had to wait almost two hours for the "Ramada Inn" shuttle from the airport to the hotel at 1:00am. Appeared the driver had been drinking. Front desk clerk did not tell us the truth about how long the shuttle would take or what it was doing. Had to make three trips back to the office because the room electronic keys would not work. Change rooms and the key did not work right. Day manager did take care of us.

We stayed here while visiting family so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. For our purposes (sleeping and showering) it was just fine.

The hotel could not offer a pre-requested non-smoking room. The assigned smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, whose odor permeated this guest's clothing. The air-conditioning units for the individual roooms cool effectively but make disquieting noise. Using the prepared batter and the self-serve waffle irons allowed this guest to cook delicious waffles for breakfast. Why does the motel not either provide or sell butter for those waffles?
