| Decent prices for a fair to middling room. The air conditioning worked really well, which was clutch in the heat over Memorial Day weekend. The rooms and hallways could stand a little more maintenance (cracks in the paint and some stained hallway carpeting). The bar scene by the pool was pretty interesting - you have to be a guest or a "member" to get in.

| Very pretty, relaxing and lots to do. You can realx and sit but the pool and listen to music from the tiki bar, or you can swim, play volley ball, shuffle board or crockette. If that's not enought they have a Marina where you can rent a boat and fish and swim in the river and springs. great place for families. They have a lovely gazebo for weddings on the point of the river.Very beautiful and inviting to all. The food in the Resturant was really great with very friendly service. The pub has a piano in it and a an after dinner drink is very inviting and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and will go back again I am sure of it.

| The rooms are as any other room in a hotel . They have the basic things you need to sleep, watch TV and relax. Food is so so. What I really liked about this hotel was the swimmingpool area. Beautiful setting, clean and next to the river. Very cozy and relaxing. I just had to walk out of my room and jump into my kayak to search for manatees.

| The hotel is in a beautiful location and is extremely convenient for swimming with the manatees. Our problem was with the room. Part of the ceiling was coming down and the carpet was badly stained and felt dirty. The hairdryer didnt work and the front dest said we couldn't get another one at that time of night. I had to stand on the toilet in the bathroom with the heater on to dry my hair. About the time I finished a matainence man showed up with a replacement. Also at check out we found out we had never been entered into the computer system by the night clerk. They could do better!

| Upon check in I got the impression I was imposing. The front desk clerk was having difficultys with the front of house manager and customers could see what was going on. There was a large hole in the hall of our wing. When I went to breakfast the next morning the hostess was not present and another server asked the senior server where she could seat us. she replied " I dont care where ever". If I recall this was suppose to be a four star. I have stayed at many three stars that were far superior .
