| When we booked the hotel it was shown as three stars with Expedia. I would put it at one star at the very most. The people working there were very nice, but the room needed a very good cleaning and updating. The air conditioner leaked, so the carpet in a 4' area around it was soaked all the time. We were there for five days, and one day when we got back to the room we had clean towels, but the beds hadn't been made and nothing else had been done. They must purchase their breakfast rolls and bagels over the weekend and keep them all week. Not a problem if they freeze them, but by Friday they were completely dried out and you couldn't possibly eat them. We will not go back.

| this was your basic hotel. they had comfortable beds, tv with cable, and a good contintental breakfast. the water presure in the shower was a little weak. the hotel was an older hotel but the rooms were clean and everything i asked of the hotel staff was taken care of. they gave us extra towels, a map of the surrounding areas, and knew right where the stores were around the area for us to pick up some things we forgot. overall it was a good experience.

| The hotel was great. It was near everything that we needed and a very easy drive to the Nashville Airport. When we go back, we'll stay here again.

| We liked this hotel - and were impressed that it was a lot more roomy and comfortable than we expected. The front desk sattff was always very nice and helpful, ready to kend a hand or phone around if we needed anything. The pool is small but cute, and there are a couple restaurants within walking distance for meals. The in-room refrigerator and microwave were a bonus! The only negative thing was that they didn't have any cribs available for children or toddlers! Very weird for such a family oriented place!!

| Lawn maintenance was non existent. Bathroom shower fixtures were hard to operate, and not attached to wall. Some wall repairs were not painted over. The pool was not available and the re was no indication that it was being prepared for use. The best thing about this hotel was Expedia's price was far lower than the posted price and the maid service was excellent.

| If you need wireless internet as adverstised, don't count on it, could rarely get it too work & had a very weak signal. Had to go to front office no less than 3 times in 2 days to get key redone. Twice with my wife & kid standing outside door with hands full & the key wouldn't work. Staff, especially night staff didn't seem to interested in finding solutions. I guess the old adage is true "you get what you pay for."
