| Very nice place! Pool was great for the family and the staff was very friendly and courteous. As with most La Quinta's, this place did not disappoint. Very family/pet friendly place and extremely clean. I will definitely stay here again.

| Just ordinary. Clean and OK for one night. Primary disappointment was the bed, specifically the mattress, which seemed very low quality to me.

| We had a great stay there, there were two minor things one of which was fixed. Our origianl rooms air conditioner wasnt working correctly and we didnt realize it till about 9 but they swapped us to another room and all was fine. Our last night there, they had a false fire alarm but we were unaware of it and slept through the whole thing and a fire alarm was in the hall right outside our room. But even with all that we would stay there again and we go to Crossville a couple times a year for a weekend getaway. The breakfast is good, I also used the workout room and the pool and enjoyed both.

| One of the reasons I stayed here was for the pool and spa however upon arrival there was a sign posted that said pool and spa closed until further notice. They also advertised a "hot" breakfast. The only thing hot was some gravy in a crock pot you could pour over a biscuit. The breakfast was really just the standard danish and such. But the room was clean and it was a nice stay for the price.
