| The evening staff at check-in had a bit of an attitude. The morning staff was much more cordial. However, they did give us incorrect directions to a museum. Overall, for the price, the hotel was fine. I understand it has a water park, which would be great for kids, but we didn't check it out. Also, be aware, the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. We had to go elsewhere for dinner as our flight arrived in the evening.

| Fairly average hotel. Pretty spread out, so you may have to walk a good distance to the lobby from your room. Room amenities were average.

| Great place for families. very nice staff. clean. Minerva's---located inside the hotel was a great place to eat.

| the only thing i didn't like was the fact that people were allowed to have alcohol in and around the pool area, around all those children and mine also. upset me and i said something the the employees and they just told them not to do it but they kept on drinking
