| During the week we stayed, we frequently needed to go down for towels, coffee, soap, etc. as the housekeeping staff did not restock the room. One time a used washcloth was refolded and placed back in the bathroom, even though it still had make-up on it from the night before. The location is convienent to the highway for both the mountains and the airport. The beds were of average comfort and the small fridge and microwave were clean and appreciated.

| We booked two rooms, two nights, four people. Our daughters room was adequate, but ours was a disaster. Carpet needed a good cleaning and vacuuming, blankets were disgusting, air conditioner was noisy to the point of turning it off during the night, small fridge whined with no way to turn it off, no hair dryer in the room. A hair dryer was promised for the second day, but never appeared. The second morning as I stepped out of the shower, noticed too late that we had no towels in the room, just two wash cloths. The coffee was left in the pot from the day before and the dirty styrophoam cups were still there with no clean ones. We take our own pillows and the maid had removed our pillowcases and replaced them with hotel cases. We did manage to retrieve them from the front desk person. They advertise breakfast until 9 am and when our daughter and grandaughter went down at 8:45, the offerings were very sparse. The front desk people were very nice and did take note of our complaints. We would not stay here again. Emily S.

| I was not impressed with this hotel or Expedia with this particular stay. Desk clerk was not friendly. She acted like I was making her work by asking her for more cereal at the breakfast buffet. I had problems with booking this room and was charged incorrectly. It took too long to get a hold of the manager and I believe Expedia should have handled it from the beginning.
