| We were sent up to three rooms witch where not clean. The third time they sent someone up to make sure room was ready. The beds were made but the room just looked and smelled dirty. So we went to the drug store to buy disinfectant for the room. As i was spaying the room we discovered HAIR'S and DANDER in the bed. Needless to say that was the final straw.

| We arrived just before midnight the first night of our stay. When we entered our room we noticed a very musty and mildewy smell. We didn't say anything till morning because it was late and we had to get up early. The next morning we alerted the front desk about the air conditioner leaking. The floor was completely soaked in our room and it had created a very bad smell. The clerk at the desk told us that he would send someone up to look at it. We left for the day only to return 10 hours later and find out that no one had set foot in our room to fix the problem. At 9:30pm I told the desk that there was a problem and she informed there would be someone up to look at it. The maintenance man arrived and informed us that this was an ongoing issue. I asked her to switch us to another room but unfortunately the hotel was booked for the night. She called herself a "manager" and all she was going to do was send up maintenance to fix it. After complaining for about an hour the "manager" was tired of listening to me and decided that she would transfer us to another hotel and they would pay for it. On top of this issue our room had one towel, we requested more but they never came, the lotion was half empty, there was no hotel guide to let you know what was in the area or anything about the hotel itself, it was very stuffy in the hallways, none of the ice machines were in working order, and our ice "pitcher" was filled with water when we got in the room.

| The hotel is conveniently located near I-81. The accommodations were satisfactory for our one night stay. Getting your luggage from your car to the room can be a task. There were no luggage carriers available so it was mutiple trips to get everything to the room. Other than that one issue, I was satisfied.

| I really like the people who helped us at the front desk, and really wanted to give this hotel a good shot right from the start. However, at 5:00 our room was not ready, check in is at 3:00 supposedly because the maids never said which rooms were clean and which were dirty. We had not TP when we first arrived. We called down to let the front desk know and they said they would send some up. So we went out to dinner. When we came back still no TP. We called about this again,a dn they said they would send it up. After an hour no Tp we called again. The front desk appologized and were very professional. The said they would send it up immediatley. Another hour and no TP. We called and said that the maid saod she brought it up already, obviously not the case. So we went down and got it ourselves. I really felt bad for the woman working at the desk, I am sure customers yell at her all the time and it is not her fault that the maids are not only incompetent, but borderline insubordinate. Aside from having to wait in the lobby for an extra towel and all 6 ice machines being either broken or without ice, our stay was pleasant. I think management could have a stellar hotel if they could fix the cleaning service problems. They have excellent staff at the front desk!

| Was told the hotel had been very busy upon check-in. There was no soap in the room and other guests were complaining about the same thing. Being new to the area, I asked for directions and was told to just call the hotel if I needed help. When I did, the front desk could not help me and put me on hold which no one picked up.
