| Stayed in the "Jacuzzi Suite" and were oddly underwhelmed. The shower was claustrophobic with the curtain hung too close in and it was dark. The jacuzzi needed a good cleaning. Although it was a non-smoking room, I was choking on smoke most of the time we were there because we were just inside the smoking patio door with a large space between the door and the floor. The bed seemed comfy, firm enough yet soft, but we awoke with a terrible backache. I was afraid the staff was going to ask how our stay was and I'd have to lie or feel like I was causing a scene. But, they didn't care to ask.

| Description says they have sofa beds but it is actually just a small love seat and not a bed. This is really not a suite as the rooms are not any larger than most standard hotel rooms. The king bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I've ever attempted to sleep on. The staff was extremely rude to our travelling partners. Fridge was turned all the way up and froze our drinks. On a positive note... the rooms were clean and the free wireless internet access was nice.

| I reserved a non-smoking mini-suite with two queen beds on Expedia. When we checked in around 8:00 p.m. I was surprised to find out that the only room that was available was a smoking mini-suite. My wife and I barely made it through the night because of the smell of the smoke. The room was really nice other then the smell. The front desk was real friendly and tried everything they could to give us another room. When they could not do that they gave us air fresheners and a fan. We didn't get to use that pool or the spa because it had been taken over by kids. We didn't mind though because we had a jacuzzi in our room! The breakfast was pretty good. Overall, we got a really good deal on a great room if it was non-smoking. I would call ahead to make sure they are holding the room you are expecting.

| Great hotel for the business traveler. Shops and movie theater nearby to pass the time. Hotel staffed well and kept clean. This is second time staying here and this room had a new shower head/curtain.

| This hotel is good if you want a "cheap" vacation. No luxuries, but a bed and pool to soak your feet.

| There were some interesting (drunk) characters hanging out in front of the hotel on arrival trying to talk to us. The elevator was really dirty. Upon entering the room, it smelled like cigarrette smoke (it was supposed to be nonsmoking). We had to call to the front desk for a toothbrush because my husband forgot his, and they said they couldn't help with that! We went to bed and noticed a broken toothpick in the blanket, and the blankets had holes all over in them. Yuck! We thought we'd give it another chance in the morning so we took the kids down to the pool after a really good continental breakfast. While the kids were swimming, I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee from their thermos. I poured a cup, took a drink, and it was cold and old! I just about threw up. That was the final straw for me. We immediately went up to the room and found another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel!
