| The room was fantastic, but the personnel behind the front desk was rude, inattentive and unprofessional. I'll stay here again, but only if I can't stay anywhere else. Parking is not good at all - too expensive (there's a cheaper rate at the hotel of the same company next door) and unsafe. The other nearby parking is more secure, professional attendants, and allows in/out privileges.

| And the restaurant ( just a short time before dinner ) was closed when I needed to eat between meetings... so they fixed me some chowder and bread and didn't skip a beat! - I was able to keep going. Very nice of them. LB

| The appearance of the hotel from the outside and upon entering is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and requests. Our room was spacious and set up comfortably. I would stay here again when traveling to Philadelphia. The only things that I believe need improvement are the comfort of the beds. The mattress was a little too hard. The other complaint I would have would be on the cleanliness. The room required a good vacuum. Other than those two things our stay at the hotel was very nice.

| The first two rooms we checked into were floors apart and only had one bed each when we requested two. However, the hotel was able to accomodate us with adjoining double rooms after all. Centrally located to all attractions. Within walking distance for most.
