| Bed actually bowed in the middle, stood in 6" of water when taking a shower, mildew in shower, musty smell, very aged looking and not kept up. No cable, no newspaper, no room service. The poor quality of the room overshadowed the nice staff and low rate.

| Lobby, hallways and rooms had a musty smell. Phone did not work in room. Advised desk. They said they turned it on, they were wrong. They did not follow up. Blankets had several cigarette holes. Curtains could not be fully drawn to prevent light coming in from the parking garage.

| The bed was like a brick. The AC was marginal. The room was clean. Although we received a non-smoking room, we could smell stale smoke in the pillows. Overall not at all attractive. No cancellation possible, even though the facility was unsatisfactory.

| I am surprised at the fact that this Hotel is listed as a 3 Start Hotel. It is very old, dirty and the bathrooms and room have mold. To add insult to injury, the staff is very rude. They felt insulted when I went to the lobby to ask if they could put towels in the room because there weren't any. Terrible experience...keep away!

| Tried to get a cup of coffee early am at the restaurant just off the lobby of the hotel and was uable to because the register wasn't working, the girl behind the counter told me she was unable to sell me a cup until it was fixed even though the cup of coffee would've only cost $1. I found this to be totally absurd.

| Hotel was older but rooms were comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. Had to wait quite a while for the elevators a few times. Hotel is located near many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also located next door to a club which made for very noisy evenings into the early morning.

| There was mold on the shower curtain. Hallways were filthy. Parking cost extra. This was not shared prior to arrival. Older hotel that looked older. Had not been modernized in several years. It was very noisy. The street traffic started at 4 a.m. and could be heard very clearly in our room.

| You can't beat the price for having an indoor heated pool. Yes there are stains on the carpets and chairs but all that new stuff will cost us! They had fresh cookies and lemonade upon our arrival and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I'll stay here again.
