| The first room they had me in was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke. When brought to the attention of the hotel, they apologized and placed us in a very nice room which was great. I appreciated the quickness they responded to my complaint.

| Nice hotel. Older, but very comfortable. Good options having the pool and fitness area open 24hrs. what is with the keys instead of cards? very old school, but kinda fun

| We were at this Shilo Inn only one night. We were surprised to get such a large room, which was very clean by the way. The indoor pool was a welcome treat after a long day of driving and the kids were able to unwind without having to sit in front of the tv in our room.

| Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was worried about taking my 3 yr old daughter with me on the trip thinking she would make too much noise for the staff and guest of the hotel. The staff really went out of their way to make me feel at ease and to keep her entertained. They even tried to help me fix her bubble making gun.

| The desk staff was very friendly on check-in. The beds were very comfortable as the matresses were of a high quality pillow-top. The tile around the hot tub and poll could use a little cleaning.

| very nice hotel with all needed amenities. very pleased with all aspects of our stay. would recommend that they offer a complimentary breakfast like other top notch motels
