| The rooms had cracks under the doors. There were roaches in both of the rooms that we stayed in. The air conditioners had cracks around them where bugs could get in. I will not return to this hotel.

| Expected it to be nice and comfortable. Sheets did not fit beds and would not stay on during the night. Asked for sheets that fit and for them to deoderize the room and they did not do either. Our A/C was turned off while we were out during the day so we had to cool the room down before we could sleep. We will not be staying there on any return visits.

| Bath tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Old food left in microwave. First room (non-smoking) we were given smelled like a cigar lounge. My wife forgot her toothbrush and despite the "did you forget..." sign in bathroom none were available from front desk.

| As soon as you walked inside the hotel, it smelled. It didn't matter where you walked. My room had no shower curtain. I asked for a non-smoking room, but it reaked of smoke. The room would not cool down.

| Had a pleasant stay with comfortable accomodations. Wish the beds were queen-sized as it was cramped for my bf and me. The tub and shower were great - new with plenty of water pressure while taking a shower. I would definitely return to this hotel.

| The hotel was fine, but nothing special. If you had kids and wanted to use the atrium/indoor pool I'd recommend it. Otherwise, a less expensive alternative would probaly suffice just as well. The breakfast buffet barely worth the price, probably better off going elsewhere.

| Having never been to Waco before, I chose this hotel off of the Web based on other reviews. I was not disappointed - the hotel and room were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For what I paid, this was a great deal!

| The rooms were great, nice and clean. The pool was down, that was a minus for our kids. They give you 5-Dollar-coupons for the breakfast, which they charge you 10 Dollar per person, we rather went to IHOP on the other side of the highway, where we thought we got more for our money. But overall it was great, we really liked the rooms.

| The pool was closed. No notification. I paid the extra price to have an inside room by the pool for a reason. I was given no consideration (ie. discount)for my inconvenience. A large part of my family was there for my son's graduation (Sister, niece & neprew, other older sons)and we were looking forward to the pool activities for the younger ones.
