| while the staff of this hotel was eager to assist us with our needs they were lacking on available accomadations example the only ice was in the lobby, there were no microwave or refridgerator in the room and I was a bit dissappointed that the windows did not open would have been nice as this was a smoking room. overall however i would stay again as the location was extemely close to all other goods and services in the area, ie: shopping and activities and freeway access.

| The hotel staff was very helpful and cordial. My room had all of the necessary appointments plus a small fridge. The location was excellent for my needs. I would probably stay there again when I visit the area.

| My stay in this hotel was unpleasant. The women at the frontdesk was not friendly at all. When I arrived to my room I was disgusted. The bathroom was horrific. I would have changed hotels but I did not get there until 11:30pm and all I wanted to do was go to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

| Room was clean. Hotel is tucked away behind a Friendly's Rest and was hard to find. Desk clerk accused us of trying to put 9 people in a room! That's because she was busy smoking out front and counted another party arriving as part of our family. The A/C worked but was noisy. Breakfast room clean but overly warm. Standard cereal, bagels coffee. Slept ok but the rude desk clerk just really upset us.

| The building itself needs some renovation. The location was good. Parking was convenient and there were several resturants closeby and hotel was also close to a shopping mall. The continental breakfast was good.

| It was a nice a cozy hotel, it was comfortable, affordable, and most of all in a great spot, right in front of the Wyoming Mall, next to a lot of restaurants( Friendlys, Pizza Hot, MC Donalds, T.G.I Fridays, among others)I honestly recommend it to anyone, who's looking, for this type of hotel, guest service was great too. The room had a mini fridge, a microwave; we had Dominos Pizza delivered to our room door, cable TV, and even internet connection. It was a great experience over all.

| The hotel was very inexpensive, but very shabby both inside and out. Service was indifferent. Room was dark, with an odd smell. Bed was lumpy. I could tolerate it for one night, which was all I stayed, but no longer.

| They first gave me a room on the first floor. It was old and shabby with a window that looked right out to the parking lot. I asked for another floor and they gave me a 4th floor room. The 4th floor room was an updated room-- newer furniture, nicer bathroom-- much better. The breakfast was terrible-- cold kids cereal, no non-fat milk- just 2%, some bread and a toaster, and no lids for the coffee/oj cups. The room was clean and it was cheap, but I'll look elsewhere next time.
