| We stayed on the fourth floor on our trip through TN - the room was GREAT. Service excellent. On our return trip however, we stayed in a 2nd floor room - employees were grumpy, coffee pot was broken in room, one towel was dirty, numerous hairs on floor, and mattress felt worn out. Ask for rooms on upper floor !!!
