| The room was better than I could have imagined. The 42" plasma TV was a real bonus! Although they were in the middle of renovations, you could tell that it would all be worth it in the end.

| I was very impressed with the hotel. I am limited due to options of which hotels to stay in because I am 19 so I originally picked Amerisuites because it permitted me to rent a room while visiting my significant others family. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a nice, shower was comfortable and the hotel was well kept. While there it was underconstrution but there was no issue with dust or construct workers crowding. The front desk was very helpful and the night security was great. You had to have a room key to get into the building so I felt very safe. It was also easy access to the highway and not far out of down town. I would recommmend this hotel.

| This hotel was very clean and comfortable. I loved havig a microwave and fridge for the price of a regular room unlike at most hotels you must upgrade. The location was perfect for business being close to 77 and 480 and was great for after work lots of shopping and restaurants.

| This property was conducive to our purpose. We were there for a short leisure trip and wanted an economical, yet comfortable and convenient option. Property is near the downtown Cleveland area which made it geographically preferred..and without the parking cost associated with downtown properties. The front desk offered average service (not overly friendly). They were efficient but lacked the "wow" factor in there service and information. Rooms are clean but could use a renovation. Always nice to have a kitchenette to return those restaurant left-overs. It's an "average" property as indicated by my numeric ratings.

| Room - Very bright strobe light on hair dryer, room heater sounded like jet engine, couldn't sleep. Food - Free breakfast buffet was on par with soup kitchen, stale and terrible food, dishwater coffee.

| We were only there for one night so we did not get to review housekeeping. The hotel took the time to give us directions to the hotel in detail over trying to rush us off the phone. Rooms were a good size and they offered a quality buffet in the morning.

| The hotel was priced well below what I have paid for a hotel room offering much less. The experience was pleasant from the friendly greeting upon entering, the spacious clean room to the free breakfast buffet in the morning. Will stat here again if travel brings me to this area again.

| The hotel was clean and the staff was very personable. However some of the rooms were not so hospitable. In addition the rooms are small for suites.
