| My sister, mother and I spent five days in Nashville, and all the while coming and going from the hotel. The staff quickly learned our names, and would greet us by name as we were coming and going. We were very impressed at how friendly everyone was. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The maid service is top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

| I have stayed in this hotel 3 years in a row during Thanksgiving. The place is clean, the staff is nice, the free breakfast is great---but the bed sucked. It sagged in the middle and my husband and I both had a backache from the first night of a 4-night stay. I complained at the front desk and was told that they were going to be replaced next year. Pity the people who lay on it between now and then.

| This is a very comfortable hotel. The morning breakfast bar is much better than many others. Try th waffles!
