| About a three block walk to Nashville's main area of downtown, but the hotel was great with free valet parking and quick service - also wireless internet in the lobby. Good price for what you get!

| Convenient to the Hall of Fame, Gaylord Arena and the downtown bars so we could walk back and forth. When we did use a cab because of rain, it was inexpensive. The hotel is older and the structure reflects that but the service was outstanding. We had a little trouble getting to it the first time with all the one-way streets but it's because we forgot our mapquest directions. We will use the hotel again.

| The free valet parking was great. Be aware that you can not park your vehicle yourself at the hotel, you must use the valet. This hotel was a great location; it was close to everything. The hotel itself is adequate; great beds. At check-in we were actually given a room that was already occupied, but the problem was fixed immediately. This is a great place for short weekend visits or business trips. I probably wouldn't want to stay there an entire week.

| The walkable area of Nashville is somewhat small, and nearly every other hotel I had considered turned out to be well out of it. The Best Western is right in the middle of town, a short distance from the state capital building and Broadway, and is among the most reasonably priced around. Free valet parking was especially helpful as well. All in all, a nice hotel with a great location.

| What a disappointment. The staff was very unhelpul and unenthused. The rooms two telephones were BOTH out of service. No coffee or filters for the room's coffee-maker. Disruptive Housekeeping Services kept barging in on us. Way, way, way Over-Priced. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
