| I've stayed here before and had better service than recieved on this trip. The basic accomodations here are just that, basic. While generally clean and comfortable my reason for selecting this hotel is the location. DART stops just outside the north exit and the West End is only a few blocks away.

| I ended up staying here by accident because another hotel that was my convention location was booked. Best accident that ever happened to me. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and it actually had a walkway to the convention hotel. Very nice service as well. Thank you Adam's Mark!!!

| This is a very large hotel and I was on the 19th floor. I don't know what their hot water system was, but it took between 3 and 7 minutes to get warm water to come out of any faucet or the shower and the water pressure was bad. Also on two separate occasions in both the hotel bar and the sports bar the staff did not seem to know which button was tonic and which button was just water so I kept getting Gin and Waters instead of Gin and Tonics. Average hotel

| The one main problem with this hotel were the beds. I stayed with a co worker and we each complained of back/hip problems because the beds are firm. It's not the most luxurious hotel, either, but it's okay and it's clean. The sports bar seems more like someone's den than a sport bar and that was kind of a bummer, but the food was good, and the BEST thing they have going for them was the service--they were pleasant, friendly and efficient.
