| The hotel was going through a renovation, so it was a little of an eye sore. The overall friendliness of the staff was great. The room was satisfactory. I would recommend the hotel stay if you are on a budget.

| Maybe at a different time, and with no renovations this might be a reasonable stay. But with the place being torn apart, I would not recommend this hotel at this time.

| No frills, but a clean room near the airport. Friendly staff, but no snack machine and bare-bones breakfast buffet. Not in a location ideal for families, and there are no "extras." Good bargain for the business traveler.

| Very discouraged when I pulled up, exterior not in good condition. Desk clerk too busy on the phone calling in a lunch order to check me in. Hotel is undergoing renovation, but staff not very welcoming of my questions regarding paint smell, noise, etc. While my room was very clean and comfortable, the hair dryer didn't work and it took several requests to the staff and manager to finally have one left in a box, not installed, on the room sink the last day of my stay. Ths staff was very condescending and I did not have any confidence in their replies to my questions/concerns, especially during the tornado outbreak this past weekend (March 31-April 3, 2006). Sirens were blaring outside, the power was on/off and I was chided by the desk clerk for asking about the safety plan for a possible tornado evacuation. I am from a part of the country that has infrequent tornados and I was concerned for my safety; the staff never gave me any indication that they were.

| While not a 3-star hotel, the hotel was comfortable. The lobby was spacious for hotels of this rating with 9, 4-person tables and chairs plus couches for the morning continental breakfast. Personnel were helpful (within their capabilities), and courteous. Wireless internet is coming, but not available yet in all rooms. We were moved from the 2nd floor to the first, but the wireless access was still not accessible except from the lobby.
