| The service was unhelpful and rude. For the price and the name I expected a better room. We could have gone across the street and got a cleaner and better room at another motel for a much lower price. We had changed rooms once because the first one smelled like someone went to the bathroom on the bed, the second room smelled of smoke, this is a non smoking hotel.They called at 12 a.m. woke us up and stated they had a complaint about noise in our area, we were asleep! The room they said slept 5 barely slept 4 and they had no rollaway available, beds were not queens. Will not go back!

| Although this is not a "fancy" hotel, I found that it offers all the basic things that a traveler needs, whether traveling for business or pleasure. Rooms are clean and have wireless internet, an iron and board, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker,... My colleagues stayed in higher priced hotels and still had to pay for parking, internet access and the likes. I would recommend this hotel.

| Not a luxury hotel. For the price you pay, the hotel's pretty nice. Good location. If you have sneakers, Old Town is walkable. Room was clean and confortable. Room cleaning service comes early in the morning, so don't forget to put the "do not disturb" sign out. Breakfast has room to improve, but at least its complementary. Breakfast room is tiny, so avoid peak time. Breakfast has some muffins, bagles, fruit, corn flakes, watery juices and horrible coffee.

| Nothing special about this hotel. The room was clean but the bathrooms are very small. The lighting is also very dim. The stairs going to our room were very worn down and old. They had cracks all over and shifted under weight as if they were going to fall apart. Also the walls of the hotel are very thin and neighbors talking loudly or laughing can easily be heard. For a couple nights stay it did its job. Especially if you only intent to sleep there and be gone all day.

| The staff made every effort to put us (6) rooms together in the most comfortable rooms. I left a article behind and when I called they were very helpful in finding and returning it to me.
