| The staff at this hotel demonstrated the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced, and I travel a lot for business and pleasure. This was demonstrated repeatedly during our 4 day stay by all staff from the check-in reception area to the dining room personnel to housekeeping staff. All hotels could do well to emulate the customer service culture that has been established at the Isle of Man Hilton. Wonderful experience!
