| Service personnel much too eager to get a tip to the point of being annoying. In general, the facility is old. Room decor/furniture definitely needs an upgrade. Too many surcharges. In this day and age, internet access should be free.

| I was expecting less than what they offered. Upon arrival, the doorman brought me a cool towel to wipe my brow. The front desk staff made sure that all of my request were met. We have a ground level room by the pool, so we had easy access to the nightly activities, i.e., karoke, buffets, jazz, etc. The pool area was insulated, surrounded by 2 story buildings with hotel rooms and other business, i.e., casino, gym, etc. I would definitely stay there again. The Saturday evening buffet ($30/pp) was DELICIOUS!!

| In terms of service, this is an excellent hotel. However my room was a little tired (beat up) and in need of refurbishing or an overhaul. Location was great. Entertainment satisfactory.

| It is expensive without being comfortable. What can I say? The room service was good. Rooms were not so. The bathrooms are dirty. The pool is not clean. The breakfast was good. In general everything is overpriced.

| Check price of room to see whether breakfast and dinner buffets are included. Rooms in 2 story buildings appear to be nicer. Clarify type of room.

| Hotel was reasonably priced, rooms as well as meals. Having several restaurant choices on site is very important in Kingston, as going out at night is not reccommended. Staff was very professional and helpful.
