| The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. It was a nice stay. The restaurant food was not good, but other than the food it was a nice stay.

| I only have two big concerns when I have a business trip, frist the internet connection thru my laptop ,feature that they do not have. The second ,good service room, the have good food, good service room, but the prices are little bit high. The check in/out time is real quick and the service of the hotel personnel is excellet as well as the hotel location.

| I love Fiesta Americana Reforma...The guys at Fiesta Americana were amazing!! The only thing that I would not recommend is their restaurant (Sta. Clara, or something)...the food was mediocre and overpriced...OK, enough of it...I love the hotel and that's what really counts...Thanks again for your great Service!!.
