| This hotel was obviously having staffing and management problems. Every time I was in the lobby there was some kind of issue being handled at the front desk with a dissatisfied or unhappy customer. I have stayed in countless hotels in most states in the U.S. and in Mexico and this was the firt time my room was not cleaned. When I expessed my concern about the situation, I was told that I had put a do not disturn sign on my door which I had not. The manager was obviously trying to do a good job but the rest of the staff obviously didn't care.

| Stayed 2 nites, 1st nite thought we were the only people in the place. Room was kind of small. Placed at far end of hotel on second floor, elevator did not work. Very dissatisfied with so called "hot breakfast buffet". Front desk personnel was helpful and the trolley service was great. Definitely will not stay inexpensively next time.

| We arrived late Friday night. When my husband went in to get our room number and keys, the young lady had our registration out. She explained to him that she was checking on us to make sure we were going to make it in on Friday night. When ever we had a question, the person at the desk was more than helpful. Over all, it was a good stay. We would go back for sure. The only thing I would suggest would be a heavier drape for the windows on that side of the building. The street and business lights are really bright. Thanks so much for a nice visit.

| Our stay at this hotel was one of my worst experiences ever. We had cigerete holes in our comforter, no alarm clock, no battereies in the remote control, the room smelled terrible, and they did not clean the room for our 2nd night. We will never stay here again.

| First nite: bathtub was FILTHY. Cleaned it, found that tub was clogged. Requested clog be fixed. Room was warm, so turned down AC. Left for baseball game. Returned and found that clog was not fixed, and AC was not working at all (middle of JULY). It was like camping out. Clerk was very hateful and said nothing would be done till morning. Had to bail water out of tub with wastebasket after each person showered. Discussed issues with hotel manager and tub and AC got fixed. Next day found used chewing gum in sink. Next day, no cups were left for coffee. Requested cups never arrived. Keys are cards that rarely work - got trappped in courtyard till someone else came out.

| We stayed there for the location and convenience of getting to & from the ballpark. We liked our suite, it was moderately comfortable although not in excellent condition. You get what you pay for, right?

| The hotel has a free trolley that takes you to area attractions, including Ranger games. The free breakfast was great, and even included hot items, like eggs and hash browns. The only drawback was that besides Six Flags and Ameriquest field, there's not much really close by.

| Located in a good area, easy access to the Ballpark and Six Flags, plus there are several restuarants around. However, the room was a bit dirty, and the holes in the bed sheets were a bit strange. Still, good for the money.
