| Just very poor and run down. Old carpets, shower heads are very low. I'm only 5'-7" and still I had to bend my knees in order to take a shower. the water mixers are poor almost impossible to mix the water to a proper temperature. The pillows are old and beaten. The fan is so loud it is impossible to fall asleep with it running. The room is stuffy, no windows open, so one must run the fan (?!) We arrived after midnight and asked for a bottle of water. Were told there is water in room. There was none. Asked to bring it up. After a while they did. You should not recommend this hotel, especially with 3.5 stars on it! Will never stay there again.

| The Expedia rated room left a lot to be desired. It was smelly like mildew. Since I was entertaining business clients, I made a request to be moved, and was moved to a suite immediately. The service of the front desk was impeccable. The service in the restaurant was slow, but not earth shattering. I will stay in this hotel again, but I will book a suite for sure, as opposed to a regular room.
