| We found the hotel to be central to all activities. The hotel staff exteemly pleasant and courteous. Rooms are spacious, perhaps a little cold atmosphere. No wall decorations or rugs. But overall very clean and comfortable. I would go there again.

| Hotel is pretty run down. It definitely needs a lot of maintenance. We were in a room with rips in the hardwood floor. Water damage and mildew was evident everywhere. The walls were peeling and dirty. The room was not kept up at all. The manual air conditioning system was marginally effective and very noisy. The hotel's water pressure was a problem our entire stay. Now I know why the hotel price was reasonable compared to most other hotels on Bermuda.

| My wife and I enjoyed Harmony. We run in the a.m. so the old railroad trail next door was handy and Mo-ped rentals next door was handy. Quiet setting; peaceful sleeping. If returning, we would bring a cooler to minimize trips to the bar for ice. I recommend the place.

| Unfortunately, we were not impressed at all with our stay at the Harmony Club in Bermuda. First of all, they never returned my calls or responded to my voice-mail messages to confirm my reservations. As a result, they had our dates mixed up. They couldn't provide us with a room of my choice, and we had to change rooms on our second night. Although the second room was a bit better, we still had to deal with dirty, overly used towels and bed sheets. The food provided at restaurants was just ok...no big deal...and the tennis and putting green equipment was old and needed major repair. Overall, we would not recommend nor stay at this hotel again should we decide to visit Bermuda. Also, one important final note, is that future visitors should be aware that access to Elbow Beach doesn't include the hotel facilities and private beach. Guest passes are provided only for the public area of elbow beach...this seemed to be very confusing and upseting once we found out the truth about beach access.

| Checked in 4/15 PM. Clerk handling checkin disinterested and not well informed.Did not know where trans. passes were. Did not know if a breakfast pass was available. Another clerk said that a 5 day breakfast plan for two would cost $175. and we agreed. Next AM found that the shower in room did not work and reported it immediately. Same complaint that PM and the next two AM's as well. Formal complaint lodged with Manager on 4/18. Movred to new room and cost adjustment made. Problem could have been resolved by room change on 1st complaint. Dining room OK.
