| A very impressive hotel, set into the hillside with great views of Johannesburg, but the level of service doesn't match. We had several service problems: sat for 30 minutes before finally being asked if we wanted a menu or drinks in the lounge; requested a movie (for which they bring you a dvd), and an hour later the wrong one was brought to the room; after scheduling an airport transfer with the hotel's car, they told us the wrong time to be ready. In a nutshell, 5-star looks, but maybe 3-star service.
