| Definately stay on the side facing the Inn. That pool is accessible to guests, but they do not tell you that at check in. The internet is dial up and a $150 deposit gets you a modem that is painfully slow, but better than nothing. Continental breakfast left something to be desired, but for the price this place can not be beat. Grounds were clean, minor issues with the room.

| Check-in left a bad taste in my mouth; although I didn't see the buzzer in the little cubicle I was standing in, there was a girl at the counter who clearly saw me but rather ignored me until the other gentleman turned around. This was awkward, in that I viewed it as inhospitable. Also there weren't in-room coffee makers, which would've been fine except that the coffee in the lobby was so terrible. The breakfast also was not what I was led to believe; it was the standard cold continental fare. The beds were either very comfy or we were very tired. The rooms were a bit shabby but certainly clean.

| This motel was conveniently right off I-94, a major Interstate through Michigan between Chicago and Detroit. It is a little hard to find, as it is hidden behind a Comfort Inn and Suites, and the driveway leading into it comes up very quickly. However, there is easy access on and off State Street, which is a major road to many attractions in Ann Arbor. Room was clean and neat if small. Only minor complaint (more of a warning) - if you get a room on the 2nd floor, you will be required to lug your stuff up a short flight of curved stairs.

| Hotel needs refurbishing, outside as well as inside. A chair in the room was literally falling apart. I had no place to read in the room except the bed, and the lobby was so small and was used often by hotel personnal.
