| Dirty carpets; incredibly slow Internet access; staff had a "really don't care" attitude. Their so called "European breakfast" consisted of 4 artifically colored cereals, mediocre biscuits, sad looking fruit and crummy coffee. Much nicer places a short distance away. Stay elsewhere!

| Nice hotel. Older, but pretty clean. The service given by managers, assistnat managers, staff was exemplary. We arrived in Cortez early, before checkin. They expedited the cleaning of our room so we could go ahead and check in.
