| Greetings, The room was missing hand towels and wash cloths. It took two calls to the front desk and about an hour to get them. There were cracks in the bathroom walls that were 'fixed' by what looked like glue with clear tape over it. My biggest gripe was the AC unit shutting down randomly. Since this was summer in LA, I don't need to express that it was hot and humid. When I reported this to the front desk, the clerk said there's nothing he can do. The maintenance person wasn't going to be in until Monday (I was there from Sat-Sun) and there aren't any other rooms he can put me in because "they are all dirty". After I stressed that this is unacceptable, he gave me contact info of the manager that will be in on Monday. I guess the place is left to chance of operation over weekends? I tried reaching this manager upon my return home all day Monday. I was told he's either with a customer or out of the office. Even though I left my info for this manager when I was there in person, I gave it again so he could call me back on his time. This his Wednesday and still no call. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax and know that their rooms will be attended to in a proper business manner.

| Not the greatest area in LA. The room is dirty and not clean. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.....

| After driving from San Diego and having already paid for 2 rooms in this hotel we refused to sleep in this filthy hotel. After comlaining of the awful odor in the rooms and the nasty walls, bath tub and sinks this was a very bad experience. This hotel is in a very run down part of town also. We were shown 3 other rooms which were also not clean. The staff at this hotel was also very rude when we told them our room wasn't clean. We drove back to San Diego to stay. I will never make reservations again at this type of hotel anywhere!!

| The best merit of this Hotel is its reasonable price. Also I liked free breakfast, complimental news papers, and coffee maker. Just one complain is my room maid neglected to put clean towels and small stuff. For a tip for guest, don't walk after sunset. I heard the srounded area is a dangerous place. Everybody recommended not to walk after sunset.

| The price/quality ratio is good. There are enought fast food restaurants around. There is a night guard for the parking lot.
