| Not impressed with our room. Very small room, bathroom even smaller. Holes and gouges in the walls, old and beat up. Carpet in the hallway had a large bump in the middle all the way down it. Beds were very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly.

| After waiting for a shuttle to a motel that was only "3 miles away" for over 2 hours we were forced to take a cab. The cab cost over $15! They had no explanation of whay the shuttle never picked us up and then asked us for a $50 cash deposit. When leaving the next day I was told "what deposit?" After showing them the reciept I was reluctantly given back my $50. Luckily we got a shuttle back to the airport.

| I chose the hotel based on the free airport shuttle, swimming pool, and low-ish price. The bed was awfully uncomfortable; the pillows must have been older than I am. The lighting in the room was bad, possibly to prevent guests from seeing the general state of decay in the room. There was nothing within comfortable walking distance except large storage facilities, a truck yard, gas station and a couple fastfoods. The staff was as helpful as they could be, unless one's VCR was not working...

| The good thing about this hotel is its proximity to O'Hare airport and the free shuttle. The rest is less than satisfactory. Beds uncomfortable; soda and snack machines not refilled the entire time we were there - 4 nights. Had to ask for towels, soap, and shampoo. Not cleaned very well. Would not stay there again.

| The motel did have a shuttle to the airport and convention center, which was good. But it was far enough away from the convention center to be an inconvenience during my stay. I was not entirely satisfied with the accomodations. For one thing, the bathroom smelled like a high school locker room. Also, I was never able to get the advertised wireless high-speed internet connection to work. I had a very poor cell phone reception (might just be my service) and even the television reception was lousy. I slept well, but would not go back again.

| One would think that an airport hotel would be sure to provide speedy, regular shuttle service. Not this place, which has only limited seating -- reserved in advance -- and only makes the trip once per hour to boot. It cost me an extra $20 to get back to O'hare by taxi for my morning flight.

| The hotel was further from the Chicago O'Hare airport than advertised on Expedia.com. The hotel attendant seemed distrustful of us when we arrived. He was unfriendly although he did give me an extra set of towels. The room was bare and basic, and the breakfast was unappealing. A one time stay.

| Pretty standard airport area Super 8 hotel. The desk staff were helpful and pleasant with our questions. Pool is a plus. Location makes it easy to get where you need to go.

| While close to ORD and relatively inexpensive. The facilities are dated and worn. Generally dark and unappealing. Carpets in the upstairs hall was in great need of replacement. Soiled and in need of restretching.
