I was very disapointed with this hotel. The reason I booked this hotes is because it said is a three star hotel. Let me tell you, I could not find any stars in that dump.

I was expecting a sparse, minimally comfy environment and instead got a great bed and lots of room otherwise. I had a king room which also had a small sitting area including a foldout couch. The hotel is on the older side, but not shabby (well, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner--there was some mildew on the ceiling of the shower). Ordered room service and they came promptly. Best of all, free WiFi! Don't forget to ask for the code for it when you check in--otherwise you'll have to pay when you log in.

Wow for a 3 star hotel we were expecting much worse. It was a very clean hotel with nice extras. The only negative is we had booked two rooms and they did not put our rooms even on the same floor.

If you are not driving, be prepared to shell out about $40 for a cab to Chinatown. If that doesn't shock you, then this hotel will be good for you. The price was way cheaper than downtown hotels. Plus, you aren't in the middle of nowhere. There's restaurants and bars within spitting distance, let alone walking distance. Ice machine was supposed to be located on 4th floor. Machine was not there. Other machine is on floor 7, but you can't get there unless you are on that floor. Other than that, the bar is good, there are 2 ATM machines. Room service and in room movie prices are reasonable. Ample parking. Good service.

This hotel is good for the traveller who wants to b be close to the airport, ready for that early flight. The service is great. I left my sweater in my room and it was no problem for the concierge to organize it to be dropped at the airport for me. Considering the price, I think a major facelift is in order. Adjoining restaurant staff made disparaging comments about the hotel and the coffee was terrible despite the ridiculous price.

Breakfast service with unfriendly waiters. Bacon was old and a complaint was brushed down. Restaurant plastic table covers, very low class.

Very good value for the money, but for overnight guests with cars, they charge $10 for parking. This is absurd!!

Don't let impressions of other "Travelodges" get in the way--this is the best hotel by the airport. Some suites offer inroom exercise. Standard rooms are great. Attached restaurant gives fast service and quality breakfast. Handicap room bathrooms are inconvenient for non-handicap guests. I've stayed here multiple times and the only complaint is the bathroom in handicap--which I'm sure are great for those that need it, but for those that don't the floor gets wet from the shower and the shower is hard to manuever.

My disappointment started with the free airport shuttle - took 45 minutes for the bus to come by Terminal 1. Other hotel buses had come by 2 or 3 times in the same span. Check-in was smooth and the desk clerk was polite. Due to the late hour, I opted to stay in and order room service and watch the ball game. Room service lost my order, lied about it, and I finally got a luke-warm (free) dinner on a dirty tray after an hour and a half. Only redeeming factors for the hotel are the price and the front desk staff.
