| The people at the motel were very friendly and helpful but not enough to make up for the condition of the hotel. The beds were worn out and slanted to one side (the end table). Room was not the cleaniest and the toilet handle was broken. The hotel had airport shuttle and happy hour, neither of which were conveyed to us until our last day there. Restaurant gets a zero, they served toasted hamburger buns with prime rib and charged the full price for prime rib.

| I would not recommend to stay there.I did but a better choice for bigger rooms and cheaper is Hawthorn suites down the road. This hotel is not what you expect from a Ramada .

| With the exception of parking facilities on the evenings when the hotel has karaoke, my stay was great. Parking on weekends is a problem, and you often have to drive around the parking lots and garages several times before finding a spot. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location, close to Routes 8 and 5.

| This hotel offered friendly staff and good accomodations. The price was reasonable and I was very close to everything that I wanted to see. I was a little scared by the sign in the Hallway of the hotel that read "This building is known by CA state law to contain agents causing cancer and other reproductive diseases." After reading this, I was ready to check out and stay somewhere else. If I lived in ignorance and didn't see the sign, I would have been 100% satisfied. Kind of a big thing to overlook though...at least for this traveler.

| Great accomodation. Easily accesible to the freeway. Pleasent staff. My only suggestion is they provide courtesy transport to and from the airport.

| This was a great hotel if you just need a place to crash between adventures. It was nice, not plush, but quite sufficient. The best part was, it was just off the freeway and 5 minutes from everything. We went to the beach one day with our daughter, and because it was cold we went in our jeans. She fell into the surf and was soaked, but we went back to the hotel, changed her clothes and were back at the beach in no time. We were able to buy our Zoo tickets and Old Town Trolley tickets right at the desk, which was nice. And they gave us a sheet of directions to all major attractions, which was very handy. The Tickled Trout restaurant was good, a bit outdated and dingy looking, but the food was good.

| The hotel was comfortable and clean, but not over the top on extras. Great access and location to major highways, attractions, shopping, downtown, and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and nice. Good drinks at the hotel bar helped! A great place to stay if you are on a budget.

| The hotel had a great location and, for San Diego, the price was affordable. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to help when searching for activities. The restaurant built into the hotel, the Tickled Trout, had a basic, limited menu, but the food was tasty. Room service was quick. The bar connected to the restaurant is small, and offers karaoke on weekends. Unfortunately, the cable was limited. Also, several times during my stay, I was awakened during the night by loud guests in the hallway, in adjoining rooms and the parking lot.
