| In comparison to other hotels in Japan, the rooms are large. Everything is good. Shuttle to Airport and to Narita station are very useful and convenient. On the downside, they charge quite a bit for Internet access which is often free in other Tokyo hotels. Choice of TV entertainment is terrible as everywhere else in Japan.

| The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very courteous, although they do not speak a lot of English. I would recommend this hotel.

| This hotel is adequate for short stays for most people coming from abroad who want to stay in a Western style hotel. Though the rooms are small by Western standards, they are Ok for the most part. We were surprised to find the staff did not speak English very well, but again, it was not too difficult to work around this. Overall, a decent choice for those needing a short stay in Western style surroundings.

| Older hotel close to Narita airport, convenient for transit stays. The dining room felt a bit like a cheap restaurant, with paper place mats and old cutlery, but the food was great and reasonable prices. There were also more expensive restaurants for choices (Japanese, Chinese). The bedrooms were modern, renovated, minimalist - comfortable and fit for purpose.
