| Everything about the hotel was perfect;location,ambiance,view from the room etc. Easy access to the subway staion was another factor that appealed to me. I was able to go down to the station and take the Kansai Rapid Train to the airport. It was fast and inexpensive.

| The rooms by US Standards were small considering suit cases etc, but very clean, comfortable and the location to all that Osaka has to offer was excellent. One can take the Rapit Train from the airport to Namba Station, and on the same level of arrival walk 300 feet to the hotel underground entrance. The hotel in built above the Namba station making it extremely easy to get anywhere in Osaka or other cities by train. One level down there is an underground shopping mall with hundreds of shops and restaurants, offering a large variety without having to go out in the weather should it be bad. Excellent site for men taking their wives, as they can shop, eat, walkaround in complete safety. Outside the station house is hundreds of traditional Japanese shops and restaurants and again it is extremely safe. We walked around as late as 1 to 2 am (time change could not sleep)and felt completely safe. For those who wnat location,location,location Nankai Swisshotel is the place to stay. Nearly ALL employees speak very good english. I highly recommend this hotel.
