Had a wonderful weekend, whose front desk, bellman and room service employees were all very hospitable and courteous. The grounds were immaculate thou the outdoor swimming wasn't open. Very cenral to shopping, dining, movies and the airport. I will stay there should I ever travel to Pittsburg again

We did not receive a newspaper at our door as expected. The pool had hours that did not fit our schedule, so we were not able to use it. Restaurant staff began to clear our table before we were finished. other than these things we enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was pleasent and helpful. Well maintained, comfortable room. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were well maintained and appropriately warm. My only negative comment is in regard to the coffee in the restaurant and the general food quality. Food quality OK, not great. Coffee was bad! Of course, I am a "coffee snob".

In typical Wyndham fashion (I should know Wyndham by now), neither phone receiver worked in my room. I was forced to use the speaker phone to call out. The first morning I was seated for breakfast and never spoken to again until the waitress brought the bill. I was never offered a breakfast menu or informed of the availability of the breakfast buffet. I waited a good 15 minutes to be offered a menu (I wanted see how long it would take before someone from the waitstaff noticed me) as I was really not interested in the hard scrambled eggs or the soggy bacon fat offered at the breakfast buffet. I finally gave up and ate my $14 fruit from the buffet. Later that evening I ordered a take out burger from the restaurant and I am still fighting the runs a full week later (really). One thing I will say on the positive for the Wyndham Pittsburgh.......the room was cheap!

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very helpful. Quiet though near an airport. Very convenient to restaurants and downtown. I am staying here my next trip to Pittsburgh.

Very convenient to highway and airport. Front desk staff very rude and unhelpful. Arrived late and wanted to call room service but room phone didn't function. Went to front desk. They said they'd send an engineer up "when they could locate him." Half hour later still no phone. Vending machines out of order on my floor. Had to go to 3 different floors to find working vending machines. What a nightmare. Finally got phone working by slamming it against the wall several times. Called front desk to let them know and response was "ok, fine"
