| The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable! My kids loved the pool!

| The people working in the hotel were very friendly. However, the hotel services during my stay were very bad. The TV cable and internet were disconnected. What made my stay even worse is that there was no hot water in the morning. Furthermore, the cafeteria servises were very poor and the food quality and diversity were very limited.

| The hotel is centrally located to sites near downtown Calgary. The staff was very friendly and professional, but the room and hotel were just average. I thought it was a good value for the money.
